NON WARRANTEE REPAIRS AND RENOVATION OF GAMING EQUIPMENT, CHANGING OF TABLE LAYOUTS, ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT.
1. CTC HOLDINGS provides repair and renovation of gaming equipment, changing of gaming tables layouts, assembly and installation of equipment.
2. Standard ordering procedure is applied to orders for repairs or renovations. Detailed specification and pro forma invoice must be prepared.
3. In order to calculate labor and materials costs the ordering customer should clearly indicate what must be repaired or renovated. Exact quantity of items must be clearly indicated. In order to have more precise estimation of costs one sample product maybe required for inspection.
4. During repair or renovation hidden defects may appear that will require extra costs.
5. All repairs and renovations are made at CTC HOLDINGS premises. The ordering customer should arrange transportation of equipment or pay for transport services.
6. In special cases only by mutual agreement of the parties CTC HOLDINGS technicians can come to the ordering customer to work at spot.
7. All repairs, renovations and installations are charged based on total number of technicians and hours used.
8. There is no extra charge if CTC HOLDINGS technicians come to visit a customer in Riga. There is an extra charge for any visits outside of Riga.
